We are on a mission to support servant leaders with the mind tools and resources necessary for their personal leadership development through tuition grants, bootcamps, retreats, exchange programs, academic coaching, mentorship, career guidance, and training opportunities for career development alongside giving them access to networks and exposure to potential future career paths through volunteer opportunities. We are committed to supporting future servant leaders from early childhood, middle school juniors, and graduating high school seniors as they matriculate into their college/university as college students who will becoming leaders of service in African communities.

With JointCare, we collaborate with partners to promote health and wellness for the young, giving access to preventive health education; focused on mental health, personal hygiene and HIV disease prevention. We aim to empower local communities with preventive healthcare support to the young therefore providing accessible health and wellness to underserved communities.
